About me
How I am Helping
Welcome to my world. I'm just an ordinary woman—a passionate artist and a resilient cancer survivor. Medicine and art have been my companions on this journey, and I'm thrilled to now be part of the survivor club!
I believe in the power of images and words to heal and inspire. That's why I created The Cancer Courage Card Deck and other artworks—to offer support and comfort to fellow patients, caregivers, and loved ones. Whether it's to quiet fears or ignite creativity, I hope this body of work can serve as a guiding light for those facing illness or trauma.
One of my favorite pieces is titled 'Climbing Out.' (on the left) To me, it symbolizes emerging from the depths of illness into a bright, hopeful future. It's a reminder that there are always new horizons to explore, filled with encouragement and inspiration.
Weather it be a workshop, a demo, a "talk" or even a private session, let's explore this journey of hope and healing together.

I have devoted myself to developing my innate gifts and talents into skills and wisdom that can profoundly help others. This certification recognizes my deep commitment to expanding my capacity for service.
As an Art Medicine Practitioner, I now have vital tools for inspiring transformation and self-discovery through creativity. This certification empowers my purpose and allows me to share art as a healing too!

My cancer journey was a transformative experience, one that led me to discover the healing power of creativity. Through visualization, I was able to navigate the emotional and physical complexities of my diagnosis and treatment.

My Motto for life
Courage. Motivation. Moving Forward. These are the lessons that illness has gently taught me, and they’ve shaped both my art and my life.
Art has become my way of navigating through it all—whether as a source of healing, a spark of creativity, or simply a way to forge onward. In my workshops, I invite you to explore using the process of Mindful Art and how it can possibly do the same for you.
My artwork, available as prints in any size you choose, is created to inspire and accompany you on your personal journey. Whether it’s brightening up your space or sparking something within, let art guide you toward the next chapter in your story.
