Welcome! There’s much to explore here. Take your time, look around, and learn more about me and my work. I hope you find inspiration and take a moment to reach out.
The original mission behind my work was to offer support and guidance to those facing cancer or other serious health challenges, which led to the creation of The Cancer Courage Card Deck. Over time, my practice has evolved to be one of primary Mindful Art, a form of non-judgmental creativity. This practice provides a peaceful, meditative space to explore the self while helping to calm fears, boost inner strength, and promote daily grounding. For me, it’s about staying present, keeping happy, and continually creating. It’s a journey of curiosity, exploration, and deep connection with myself—and I love it!
One of my core focuses is the intersection of Art, Medicine, and Healing. The mind is a powerful tool, and positive thinking plays an essential role in healing. Creativity is just as integral. Whether you’re facing a critical life moment or simply navigating daily challenges, outlets for release and self-understanding are essential. This is where the arts truly come to the rescue.
Art has the incredible ability to inspire and create hope. It can help address fears, loneliness, and the emotional toll of difficult journeys. When integrated into treatment plans, mindfulness and art can be a vital tool for restoring health, happiness, and emotional well-being.

We All Have Many Looks
Some days we feel serious, other days goofy, sometimes sad, and other times, we’re full of happiness. We all wear different "masks"—changing our appearance daily with clothing, hats, sunglasses, jewelry, and more. But life feels a little different when your hair falls out because of chemotherapy.
During my journey, I never wanted people to look at me and think, "Oh, she's got cancer," or see pity in their eyes. I was never embarrassed about having cancer. I didn’t care who knew. What I did care about was being treated kindly and with respect, but more than that, I wanted to remain *me*. I wanted to be me, the person I was in that moment, with or without cancer. I was never just “a cancer patient” — I was always much more than that.
